Great blog How do we heal? from the physical mental emotional and spirtual wounds that so many of us experience in our life. its like an invasion coming down on us taking away our natural needs and idenity hurts feel empty.we miss them we need them want them back. Gosh this is a great blog I need to talk.as so many of us have a story. I myself have gone through physical and emotional wounds so deep l even said good bye to the world months ago.. l didnt think my body could live through all the pain. l visited so many doctors, l was given many medications but then depression set in. True some of us must seek the medical world as well, but in my case there is a happy ending. I was blessed with intro to Ayurvedic healing, a teacher, someone with the knowledge who brought me through my fears pain hurt and anxity. She came to me and said "You can heal yourself" take responsiblity.told me about the foods to eat for healing the herbs and drinks l needed, and she said all our sickness comes to us to tell us to confront our issues and change our thinking our ways and habits. Make peace with ourselves, take back our power and look into yourself and stop looking outword to blame.you blame and you loose the power to change Your body is trying to tell you something. Love yourself with beautiful affirmations no matter how you feel. Say this to yourself. Even though l have or feel.(whatever it is)...l completly love and accept myself.all will be ok Drink water..Feed yourself organic foods and drink eat the right herbs that help heal the body and detox use esential oils on the body that are made for detoxifing and calming and nurishing.l was told make time for walks and meditation.Be grateful. Be good to yourself. You were born to find all the joy you can have. you have the power to change. Pls share your ideas of coping. tks L.

My husband was suggested cocnut water when he got out of the hospital. He doesnt like the taste. Any ideas what it can be mixed with? I know it is a great hydrant and he doesnt drink enough water. Any ideas appreciated. L.
